With over a decade at Livanos Restaurant Group, Marissa’s journey began as a server, advancing through roles to her current position through hard work and dedication. She holds a Bachelor's in Psychology from Iona College and a Culinary Arts degree from the Culinary Institute of America. Marissa's experience spans from managing a bakery to cooking on the line, though her true passion lies in front-of-house leadership.
