A Westchester native with a passion for culinary excellence, Chelsea studied at the Culinary Institute of America, earning degrees in both Management and Culinary Arts. Her career spans from NYC’s Café Centro to London’s Charlton Athletic Stadium, where she developed her expertise in food and beverage. Her time in London also led to a WSET Level 2 Certification, enriching her wine knowledge. Recognized for her work in private dining by Westchester Magazine, Chelsea brings a globally inspired and guest-centered approach to the Moderne Barn team.
